gothamscopThe following list is confidential and personal. It's safe to say that a copy is kept on John's person at all times. Once fully compiled, he'll be transferring it to his superiors or keeping it on file for record purposes.
John Y You do this? My poor baby is so legally minded. If he's going to have people end up here then he's going to try and make a list of what skills are useful and not so useful. Possibly through means of trying to organize who has abilities and who doesn't? Who knows? He wants to get home, but he's honestly starting with his list.
What potential ramifications could this have? After talking to the mods, the potential ramifications are anything. Blake is already sort of doing some Detective work and adding names. Once a substantial list is provided however, anyone could steal it and potentially have a list of names, locations, dates, and other fun things about the transferred residents of rapture. This includes the people who are running the place.
Does my character have to be on the list? absolutely not! Simply don't fill out the permissions post and it can be assumed Blake and your character never crossed paths.
My character is native to Rapture.. Blake is only interested in victims of the malfunctioning teleportation plasmid. All native rapture-ites are safe.
...Can my character steal this list.. we have something like eight master thieves and spies. Hence this plot. If your character wants to steal said list or a copy of it, let's plot it out. If your character wants to destroy all records of said list, let's plot it out. we'll see how this goes. Take it, sell it to the highest bidder, etc. etc.
So how did this go down? Eventually Blake will be making an all inclusive post to the network about asking to set up interviews with non-native rapture citizens. we can play these out if you wish. if you do not wish it, then we can handwave them and assume that he came to you and you answered the following questions which were..promptly recorded. They will be kept in a locked filing drawer in the squad room for securities.
